A Solid Foundation for Good Health

Stretch-n-Grow is dedicated to teaching children how to have fun while exercising and the basics of good nutrition at a young age. We believe in providing a positive atmosphere and a solid foundation for good health along with giving children the tools they need to prepare them for a healthier future. All of our classes are taught by Certified Youth Fitness Professionals, trained in both CPR & First Aid and continually educated in preschool physical education.

Our Coaches:

Sarah Kalish is co-owner and director of Stretch-n-Grow St. Louis.  She is a certified Youth Fitness Professional, in addition to being certified in both First Aid and CPR.   As the mother of three, Sarah understands the importance of improving the health of our future generations starting at an early age. Her family has a strong focus on fitness with her husband being both a collegiate and youth soccer coach.  Sarah has taught countless children the fun and excitement of the Stretch-n-Grow program.  All of her classes are action-packed, filled with activities and lessons that encourage a healthier lifestyle.
Sara DiMaria is co-owner and program director of Stretch-n-Grow St. Louis.  She is a lifelong exercise enthusiast as well as a former Division I college athlete in the sports of soccer and track.  Sara has worked with children of all ages in many different settings including fitness classes, sport camps and coaching.  She is a certified youth fitness instructor and is First Aid and CPR certified.  As the mother of three young children, Sara has a genuine love for kids and is dedicated to improving the quality of life for our children.
Jeff DiMaria is a youth fitness coach for Stretch–n-Grow St. Louis.  Jeff brings vast soccer experience and leadership to the team having played professional (St. Louis Steamers) and collegiate soccer (St. Louis University).   In addition, he has over 15 years experience in strength and fitness training.  Jeff has worked with kids of all age in coaching, personal training and camp counseling.  He is the proud father of 3 children and stresses the importance of exercise and healthy eating habits.
Jackie Polys is one of our youth fitness coaches. She is starting her fourth year with Stretch-n-Grow St. Louis. With ten years of teaching experience, this former elementary school teacher is an amazing asset to our team. Jackie brings her own fun and excitement to the program and our Stretch-n-Grow stars love her classes! Not only has Jackie coached hundreds of classes throughout the St. Louis Metro area, but she is also a busy mother of two. Jackie’s certifications include Youth Fitness Professional, CPR, and First Aid.
Jill Syberg is also a youth fitness coach and the newest member of our Stretch-n-Grow family. Jill has a passion for fitness and understands the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. As a mother of three children and one grandchild, Jill’s enthusiasm for children gives her a great advantage in delivering the best Stretch-n-Grow class possible. She is a certified Youth Fitness Professional, in addition to being certified in both First Aid and CPR.
